The Chalmers Industriteknik Group is a research and development organization with emphasis on innovation for a sustainable society. The Group consists of the Chalmers Industriteknik Foundation and one subsidiarie CIT Renergy AB.
We work extensively with innovation management and possess deep technical competence within the organization and in our solid network of partners.
The Chalmers Industriteknik Foundation was founded in 1984 by Chalmers University of Technology with the aim of strengthening Swedish innovation capacity and utilizing research. As a foundation, we do not have a formal owner and the business is based on the foundation’s statutes. The foundation’s mission is to, in collaboration with other actors and based on societal challenges and ongoing research, identify, initiate and run innovation projects with great potential to contribute to sustainable societal development.
The Chalmers Industriteknik Group has around 100 employees, half of them with a doctoral degree, and has annual sales of around SEK 135 million. The CEO since 2016 is Golaleh Ebrahimpur.
