Hesam is the Business Area Manager within Technology at Academic Work and has national growth responsibility for the business area across all the company’s offices from north to south. For the past 8 years, Hesam has exclusively worked in various capacities to support Swedish industry with the demand for engineering expertise. During this time, Hesam has met with thousands of technology companies, technology managers, technology recruiters, and engineers. Along the way, he has gathered valuable insights into the challenges Sweden faces and what we can do differently to keep pace with the expected development of the technology sector, especially in the context of green transition and electrification. A core concern for Hesam is how we can meet the insatiable need for technical expertise in a landscape where the skills shortage in the labor market has never been greater.
