Your tasks:
– Provide customer support during the integration of congatec products into customer systems
– Analysis of customer problems and developing solutions in collaboration with R&D hard/software
– Troubleshooting electronic circuits in coordination with the R&D hard/software departments
– Creation of customized specifications and functional specifications according to customer requirements
– Preparation of documentation for products (application notes, CTNs and tech notes)
– Preparation of tests and test reports
– Technical support and training for customers, partners and employees
– Onsite customer visits for customer Service and Sales support
– Provide Technical Sales Support at trade shows
Your tasks:

Your profile:
– Electrical Engineer or technical degree/ Bachelor or Master of Science or comparable training
– First experience with complex electronical systems
– Good Know-how in computer-architecture (X86, ARM) and system-software (Windows, Linux)

– Carrying out procurement market analyses and benchmarks
– Implementation of RFI/RFQ processes taking into account the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) approach
– Responsible for supplier selection in co-operation with the Quality, Production Support and Development departments
– Preparation of calculations for new products (NPI)
– Participation in the purchasing controlling team
– Planning and control of material cost development
– Optimisation of purchasing and procurement processes
– Supporting operational purchasing in the course of process optimisation and escalations
– Participation in product life cycle management
– Maintenance of master data

Utföra mätningar och analyser av produkter och komponenter
Säkerställa att produkterna håller högsta kvalitet genom att följa upp mätresultat och tester
Arbeta med kvalitetsdokumentation och rapportering
Vi söker dig som:
Har en teknisk utbildning, gärna inom mätteknik, kvalitetskontroll eller liknande
Har erfarenhet av mätteknik och kvalitetssäkring från tillverkande industri
Är van att arbeta med ritningsläsning, mätutrustning och tolkning av mätresultat
Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska
Är noggrann, strukturerad och analytisk
Kan arbeta självgående men även trivas i team
Har god kommunikationsförmåga
Är flexibel
Bra om du är utbildad i internrevision ISO 9001:2015 och ISO 14001:2015.
